Inspection Process


Step 1

Inspections

Click <Start Inspection>.


Step 2

Start

Click the inspection you want to start.


Step 3

Vehicle Information

Enter the vehicle information and click <Start Inspection>.

(Anything in Red is required.)


Step 4

Tire Check

Enter the tire information and click <Next>.

Notes:   Entering the OE Tire Psi and Spare Tire Psi will auto-populate the OE and Out tire pressures respectively.  Additionally, selecting a cautionary tread depth or wear pattern will auto-populate the responses.


Step 5

Brake Check

Enter the brake information and click <Next>.

Notes:   Entering a note from the Quick Drop-Down will auto-populate the responses.


Step 6

Fluid Check

Enter the fluid information and click <Next>.

Notes:   Entering a note from the Quick Drop-Down will auto-populate the responses.


Step 7

Question by Question

Enter the information pertaining to the question and click <Next Question>.

Notes:   Entering a Checked & OK response will automatically move to the next question.  Selecting from the Quick Drop-Down will auto-populate the notes.  Click the <Choose Files> button to attach images associated with the question.  Clicking the image allows you to rotate or delete the image.


Step 8

All Questions

Enter the information pertaining to the questions and click <Next>.

Notes:   Selecting from the Quick Drop-Down will auto-populate the notes.  Click the <Choose Files> button to attach images associated with the question.  Clicking the image allows you to rotate or delete the image.  By clicking the Question Title, you will be navigated to the individual question.


Step 9

Body Damage

Enter the body information and click <Next>.

Notes:   Click the car image to designate the location of the body damage.  Click the <Choose Files> button to attach images associated with the body damage.  Clicking the image allows you to rotate or delete the image.


Step 10

Comments

Enter the technician comments and click <Finish> to complete the inspection.

Notes:   Click the <Choose Files> button to attach general inspection images.  Clicking the image allows you to rotate or delete the image.
